Laura Hill has always had a strong passion for health and fitness. Growing up, she was involved in dance and various sports teams. After graduating high school, Laura Hill made a shift in her relationship with fitness. Rather than seeing workouts as a “have to", she focused on finding an activity she absolutely loved. While in college at The University of Georgia (go dawgs!), barre arrived in Athens and Laura Hill was immediately hooked. In 2014, Laura Hill moved to Texas and began the search for her Austin workout home. Laura Hill immediately fell in love with the MOD technique and the difficulty of the MOD workouts. She quickly saw changes in her body that she had not been able to achieve through other workouts. As a teacher, Laura Hill’s goal is to push her students a little further each class. Her desire to encourage and grow with her students is evident in her classes!
