Instructor tip of the day: push-ups at the barre are always an awesome alternative to doing them on the floor. When doing push-ups at the barre, make sure your feet are hip width distance apart and that you create a diagonal from your head to your heels. Take a breath in and slowly lower your chest forward and down towards the barre. On a strong exhale push the heels of your palms into the barre and press yourself up! Voila πŸ’ͺ
