Originally from Ft. Worth, Amy has always gravitated towards the more active side of life, constantly paddleboarding Lady Bird Lake, playing at Zilker, or hiking the Greenbelt. Her belief that living a healthy lifestyle should be fun and rewarding translates into her routines with high energy music and witty motivation. A former college volleyball athlete, she brings strength training and agility to each of her classes as well as a “work hard, play hard” attitude. She believes strength doesn’t come from physical capacity, it comes from an indomitable will. After taking class at MOD for over a year, she immersed herself into barre training because she believed so fully in the improvements the MOD method had on her body and mind. Amy truly enjoys helping people get the most out of everything barre has to offer while having a complete blast.
