A former dancer, Jennifer has long been a fitness and healthy living enthusiast. She fell in love with barre several years ago after searching for a true high intensity workout that was also gentle on the body. For her, MOD provides this awesome union between the rhythm, balance, and flowing movements of dance, with the toning and shaping of Pilates, and the calorie-burning intensity of more traditional cardio exercise. In her classes, Jennifer aims to provide a positive and energetic environment with fast-paced and flowing routines that challenge the newest MOD-goer, the MOD regular, and everyone in between. She hopes that you leave her class feeling strong, encouraged, and empowered!
Outside of the studio, Jennifer enjoys hiking, horseback riding, running Zilker Park, and especially spending time with her husband, two young children, and very silly goldendoodle.
