Hailing from a ballet, Pilates and yoga background, fitness has always been a part of Michele’s life. She took her first barre class 10 years ago in Los Angeles and was hooked. It took 8 years for barre fitness to hit Austin and Michele became a MODster within its first days of opening. Michele is a firm believer in the MOD full body workout, and is in better shape now in her 40’s after having 3 children than she’s ever been. She’s excited to share her passion with clients and help women of all ages achieve their fitness goals.
