Natalie first fell in love with group fitness and barre classes after struggling to find motivation and consistency in her normal exercise routine. Like many of her clients with a similar past, inconsistently lifting weights and running just weren’t generating excitement or results - and then barre happened! Natalie loves the musicality, precise movements, fluid choreography, and results that you find in a barre class. In her personal experience, barre made Natalie feel physically strong and empowered for the first time in years. This created a shift in her whole lifestyle! She now enjoys not only group fitness, but being active in all realms of her life. The health and fitness community has transformed both her body and mind.
In 2015 Natalie decided to continue her love for barre and became an instructor. Her favorite thing about teaching is connecting with wonderful clients - you! She believes that being part of your day is a privilege. It brings Natalie joy to watch clients become like family, and to be part of their journey in reaching their goals. Her classes are fast paced and upbeat, combining fun choreography with positivity to encourage new and seasoned clients alike. When she’s not teaching, you can find Natalie (probably still in work out clothes) mingling around town with her husband, Tyler, and Bernese mountain dog, Sailor.
