Owner and Founder
Marnie Duncan is the creator and owner of MOD Fitness. A former Division I athlete and fitness enthusiast, Marnie has trained with nationally renowned instructors in New York and San Francisco under Exhale’s Core Fusion and Dailey Method barre programs. Marnie became involved in Lotte Berk, Pilates and Yoga after she suffered a severe fracture to her neck in a boating accident. After spending months in a cervical halo, the various disciplines of barre, pilates, and yoga helped Marnie overcome her injury and transform her body. Marnie’s mission is to help others reach their physical goals while creating a challenging and encouraging environment. The MOD method is a fun and challenging workout that fuses the energy of a group class with the results and attention of a personal training session. Her positive energy and challenging routines paired with motivating music are something you won’t want to miss! Marnie has additional certifications in Trigger Point foam rolling, kettlebells and has trained in BASI Mat and Equipment Pilates. She received her Courtney Miller Pilates Athletic Reformer Level 1 and 2 Certification.
