Barre 50 (Full Body Tone)
Our signature MOD Barre class combines barre work, Pilates, Yoga, strength and resistance training, and stretching into a 50-minute class. You will work your core, arms, thighs and glutes to form a toned, fit and lean body. Expect to utilize rings, blocks, bands, balls, and light weights. All levels welcome
Barre 45 (Full Body Tone)
This 45-minute class incorporates the most essential elements of our signature class into 45 minutes express class for a full body tone. Our express class gives you the opportunity to get an intense workout and get back to your busy day. Expect to utilize rings, blocks, bands, balls, and light weights. All levels welcome
Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is not your typical pilates. It's a beat driven, full body workout that fuses pilates, strength and cardio to bring the burn to the mat. Build your endurance, strength, and power with Pilates Sculpt. All levels welcome
Sculpt and Strength
A high-intensity, full-body strength training class using 8lb-15lb weights, focusing on heavier muscle fatigue and maximum calorie burn to build strength and sculpt your entire body. All levels welcome
New Mama Sculpt
This is a 45-minute post-natal barre class designed for new moms and your little one. Make time for yourself and regain your strength while having fun with your infant. Bring a carrier, car seat, dock-a-tot or blanket. Recommended for babies 6 weeks - 12 months. Seasonally as instructors are available.
MOD Fitness is a pilates and barre-based workout that takes an athletic approach to the principles of ballet, pilates and yoga to achieve visible results. We're more than your average barre studio.
We combine innovative strength and resistance training, cardio, and stretching into a full-body workout. Expect a long, toned physique, better posture, and increased flexibility.

MOD Fitness was created by former division one athlete, Marnie Duncan.
Marnie used barre-based fitness to overcome a severe neck injury and was inspired to create a fitness community and workout that motivates clients to challenge each other, sweat together, and develop relationships inside and out of the studio.
